Founded by Trissel — a coach, trainer, facilitator, consultant, and wellbeing practitioner — Interworks People Development grew from the vision of helping people and organisations connect with what truly drives performance: balance, awareness, and purpose.

With a varied background spanning leadership and organisational development, change management, personal development, and holistic practice, Trissel brings an integrated approach that bridges personal growth with professional impact. Her work draws on evidence-based behavioural and coaching psychology, somatic awareness, and holistic practices such as sound therapy, meditation, and movement — all grounded in a deep understanding of human behaviour and organisational systems.
